Serious project writing attempt for the first ERASynBio project call was made in the beautiful Leiden city in the Netherlands. Attracted by good connection to the Amsterdam airport Biosystems group (Egils Stalidzans and Jurijs Meitalovs) met Newcastle (Anil Wipat and Matthew Pocock) and Evry (Alfonso Jaramillo) colleagues.
